The second stage includes construction in terms of the actual building of the car parks and their connection to streets Bauerova and Křížkovského, and from streets Žabovřeská, Hlinky and Pisárecká. The completion of this stage will result in 1,445 new parking spots for personal vehicles and another 10 spots for buses. Technology allowing for varying traffic signage and other information for drivers will be included in the car parks. Altogether, the car park is designed in such a way to better manage rainwater, this design is similar to a number of other foreign car parks. The investor of the project is the statutory city of Brno through municipal companies.
