The cable line will start on the path from Hlinky Street and continue from the Lipová tram stop to the University campus and onward to Bohunice. The cable line will be within walking distance of the multifunctional arena. It will speed up the operation of both new and older construction within the area of the campus, the envisaged athletic hall and the transport terminal in front of the hospital. A cable car holds up to 8 people and the entire system is capable of transporting up to 2,000 people per hour. The entire cable car trip takes approximately 5 minutes. The investor of the project is the statutory city of Brno through municipal companies.
